Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can bridge strategy and execution to help us reach the right audiences with the right message. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns including social media and LinkedIn advertising to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for our services and products. This is a collaborative role working closely with leadership, product, sales, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive demand and adoption.
- Define and refine product positioning and messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, especially on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns, audience targeting, and budgets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to ensure alignment of marketing and business goals.
- Develop marketing collateral (presentations, case studies, sales sheets, website content).
- Work with content creators and designers to deliver engaging, on-brand materials.
- Measure and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or similar roles (preferably in B2B SaaS or technology services).
- Strong understanding of positioning, messaging frameworks, and buyer personas.
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and other social media initiatives.
- Familiarity with social media strategy and content planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct competitive analysis and distill complex information into clear messaging.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign results and optimize accordingly.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-growing environments.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Background in SaaS, IT services, or technology products.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
