Account Manager - Performance Marketing

FlyTech is a revolutionary digital marketing agency in the legal technology industry. At the core of our agency is a proprietary data platform proprietary data platform that helps both legal software companies and law firms find their potential customers across social media, connected TV (CTV), audio platforms and other channels.

Our company is growing fast and we’re hiring a full-time Account Manager to work directly with our legal software clients. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage team and help shape the account management strategy for our organization’s future growth.

Responsibilities will include:

• Brainstorming marketing strategy with clients during review calls
• Strategizing paid social campaigns and targeting ideas with clients
• Managing creative production with our design team
• Handling client communication

The primary focus of this role is retention by creating world-class customer experience and thoughtfully crafting marketing strategies to help clients win.

As we are a small but rapidly growing organization, the ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable with an extremely fast-paced environment and can operate in ambiguous situations. Some qualifications include:

• 5-10+ years marketing in the paid social media advertising, with a particularly deep understanding of the Meta advertising platform.
• General understanding of the legal industry
• Client-facing experience
• Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
• Experience managing a large volume of clients
• An entrepreneurial, self-motivated and flexible mentality; adaptable to role extending past traditional functions
• A general understanding of the legal industry is preferred, but not required.

And most importantly, this individual should be obsessed with digital advertising. Our clients rely on us to drive their growth through targeted campaigns across modern digital channels. Having a deep understanding and passion for executing growth marketing is a necessity.
