Currently, we’re looking for an experienced Middle Social Media Community Manager in one of the Genesis startups Interrio (interior design powered by AI) to scale our social media presence and arrive at a balancer organic performance that and expand brand and service recognition amongst potential customers.
About you:
● 2+ years of experience as an SMM manager, community manager and/or influencer
manager. Candidates with less experience will struggle: the position requires a level of
autonomy, proactive search for perspective audiences and engaging them on regular
basis to keep in touch
● Understanding of viral content principles and platform-specific algorithms
● Ability to build partnerships with channels, bloggers and opinion leaders. We’re looking
for representation for both B2C and B2B professionals’ audiences
● Understanding of Community Building and maintaining for major social media platforms.
Proven record of community engagement and retention for a commercial/ public projects
in Tier-1 countries
● Creativity and literacy (Ukrainian and English at B1+ or higher — critical for Tier-1
market & influencer communications)
● Hands-on experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts and
tracking setup
● Experience running ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok (even with small budgets)
● Basic video editing skills (even using mobile apps is a plus)
● Ability to analyze channel performance data and generate reports
Would be a plus:
● Social media community building experience, including complex social networks like
Discord or Reddit
● Experience working with interior or fashion brands
● Having your own influencers’ database
● Experience managing influencer collaborations end-to-end
● Experience directing UGC content and creating motion videos
● Leadership experience, mentoring junior team members (we will be expanding the SMM
team if channels prove effective)
What you’ll need to do:
● Develop and implement a Community expansion strategy for TikTok, Instagram,
Facebook, and Twitter
Create content plans, write creatives, and prepare briefs for our/ outsourced designers
for the visual elements and motion content
● Publish and moderate content in line with the brand’s tone of voice
Search for, engage, and communicate with influencers (barter deals, paid integrations,
collaborations)
● Analyze influencer and social media activity and prepare performance reports
● Launch and manage awareness ad campaigns in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads Manager
● Monitor trends and generate ideas for viral and native content
● Work with UGC content and adapt it for social media. Collaborate with the marketing and
design teams.
● Direct the team’s creative designers to come up with strong visual creatives for SMM
