Field Marketing Manager

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Field Marketing Manager for a client located in the New York City area. This is a direct-hire position that will work on a remote schedule. This person will lead all marketing efforts within the state of New York, managing the budget, team hiring and development, and aligning field marketing with sales goals. This role focuses on strategic initiatives to enhance in-store activations, promotions, and product sell-through.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead, coach, and support the state’s marketing team
• Handle hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and team development

Budget Management:

• Oversee marketing budget and approve field expenses
• Manage company credit card use for travel and related costs

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Collaborate with Sales and Field Marketing Supervisor on strategy
• Optimize field activities and in-store performance

Reporting & Analysis:

• Deliver weekly reports to Regional Marketing and Sales Managers
• Maintain accurate data and accrual sheets

Operations & Collaboration:

• Work with Warehouse Managers for timely material distribution
• Partner with Sales Regionals to align marketing with sales

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Budget management and cross-functional collaboration

Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred
• 5+ years in field marketing
• 3+ years in sales forecasting and reporting
• 2+ years in team management
• Cannabis or regulated industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools
