We are seeking an expert freelance Web UI/UX Designer to create pixel-perfect, high-impact websites and landing pages. You’ll collaborate closely with our co-founders and development team to bring top-quality projects to life for a range of exciting B2B SaaS clients.

What You’ll Do

Design High-Impact Websites & Landing Pages: Craft sophisticated, conversion-focused layouts and interfaces that delight users and satisfy client goals.
Wireframe & Prototype: Translate business requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Produce High-Fidelity UI & Visual Assets: Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to create polished, on-brand visuals, including icons and illustrations.
Collaborate with Developers: Work hand-in-hand with our Webflow/Front-end teams to ensure your designs are fully implementable, responsive, and optimized.
Build & Evolve Design Systems: Develop cohesive component libraries, style guides, and documentation to maintain consistency across projects.
Add Micro-Interactions & Animations: Incorporate tools like Lottie (or similar) to enhance UX with subtle yet impactful animations.
Extend to Web Apps & Mobile: Lend your design expertise to web and mobile interfaces, ensuring design systems scale across platforms.
Stay Current: Keep up with emerging design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continually elevate the quality of our deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

Mastery of Design Tools: Proven skills in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator for wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.
Website-Focused Portfolio: Substantial experience designing websites, ideally for B2B SaaS or similarly complex projects, showcasing a keen eye for layout and conversion optimization.
Understanding of HTML/CSS & Webflow: Familiarity with front-end fundamentals to ensure designs are feasible, implementable, and function seamlessly.
Animation & Micro-Interactions: Experience with Lottie or similar tools is a plus for adding that extra layer of polish to user experiences.
Design System Savvy: Track record of creating and maintaining style guides and reusable UI components that support both web and mobile.
Strong Communication & Collaboration: Fluent in English, with a team-first approach, comfortable working with co-founders, developers, and stakeholders.
Independent & Detail-Oriented: Self-motivated, thorough, and capable of delivering pixel-perfect, high-quality designs on schedule.
