We’re Flowout, a Webflow agency trusted by companies like Jasper, Zapier, Stripe, Riverside, Kajabi, and Sequoia Capital. We design, develop, and optimize high-performing Webflow websites for ambitious SaaS and digital-first companies.
We are entering our next phase of growth. We are expanding upmarket, investing more heavily into SEO/GEO and performance marketing, and building a structured, predictable inbound engine. This role will shape how Flowout generates pipeline for years to come.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who treats marketing as a revenue engine, not a content calendar.
If you care about pipeline more than vanity metrics, see the website as your main growth lever, and prefer building and optimizing over just managing, this role might be for you.
What you’ll do:
- Own website performance – Traffic, conversions, SEO rankings, and overall lead generation performance.
- Drive qualified pipeline – Increase the number of high-quality inbound leads through SEO, GEO, landing pages, and paid acquisition.
- Manage and optimize ad spend – Work with agencies but understand performance deeply enough to challenge and improve it.
- Build and optimize landing pages – Write copy, improve structure, test messaging, and continuously refine for conversion.
- Lead SEO and GEO efforts – Identify opportunities, fix issues, and proactively improve rankings and visibility.
- Launch and manage video and webinar initiatives – Oversee execution and strategy, with hands-on involvement where needed.
- Manage external partners – But with the ability to out-execute them.
- Use AI and modern marketing tools – Increase speed, output, and experimentation through tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and advanced marketing tech stacks.
- Take full ownership – Notice what is broken, underperforming, or unclear, and fix it without waiting to be told.
What we’re looking for:
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO and search-driven growth as primary channels.
- Hands-on mindset – You can write strong copy, improve a page yourself, and think in experiments.
- Comfortable with analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and similar platforms.
- Proficient with AI tools and modern marketing workflows.
- Experience managing agencies or freelancers.
- Ambitious and hungry – You want responsibility, ownership, and the chance to prove yourself.
- Strong English communication skills.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with Webflow.
- Experience running or supporting webinars and YouTube content.
- Experience managing social media strategy, even if it is not your main focus.
- Understanding of CRO and A/B testing frameworks.
- Experience working in a B2B agency environment.
