What You’ll Do

• Architect & Build: Design and deliver the FlowGenX AI SaaS platform—control plane, data plane, and orchestration services. Take features from idea to production at startup speed.

• Develop Agentic Systems: Build AI-driven agents that reason, plan, and act across APIs, databases, and event-driven workflows.

• Work Across the Stack: Write Python-first production code, contribute to Node.js/TypeScript services, and build scalable APIs with robust security practices.

• Ship GenAI Features: Apply LLM techniques (RAG, fine-tuning, memory, prompt engineering, LangChain/LangGraph) to deliver breakthrough user experiences.

• Scale in the Cloud: Build containerized services (Docker/Kubernetes) for multi-tenant, cloud-native deployments on GCP (or AWS/Azure).

• Observability & Reliability: Integrate applications with modern observability stacks (logging, metrics, tracing) to ensure resilience and operational excellence.

• Lead & Mentor: Collaborate with product and design, mentor junior engineers, and shape the technical roadmap with a strong architectural voice.

What You Bring

• Full-Stack & Infra Strength: 3+ years building and shipping production-grade software. Expert in Python (backend, APIs, infra services) and solid experience in Node.js/TypeScript for app development.

• API & Security Expertise: Hands-on with REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication/authorization, and modern API security patterns (OAuth2, JWT, rate-limiting, RBAC/ABAC).

• Systems Design Foundation: Proficient in microservices, databases (SQL & NoSQL), event-driven architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Cloud-Native Ops: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, observability stacks, and designing scalable multi-tenant SaaS.

• GenAI Experience: Practical experience integrating with at least one major LLM provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) - ideally with agentic workflows or RAG systems in production.

• Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to articulate ideas, thrive in distributed teams, and contribute to a fast-moving startup environment.

• Nice-to-haves: LangChain, LangGraph, Kafka, gRPC, Webhooks/WebSockets, vector databases, iPaaS background, or multi-cloud experience (esp. GCP).
