Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a full-time marketing professional to join our small, fast-moving team. You’ll support a wide range of activities, including website management, content creation, multi-channel outreach, and reporting. You should be proactive, comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on work, and not afraid to do a bit of everything.

• Location: Remote. Candidates must be available to work North American Eastern Time (GMT-4).
• Fluent English (written and spoken). Proof of fluency will be required.

Note: While this role is open to candidates in Brazil, Flow Capital does not have operations in Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies and create materials to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Work closely with the Sales team to align efforts with target audiences and pipeline goals.
• Use AI tools to support research, automation, and analysis.
• Manage and update the website (Webflow preferred), keeping content accurate and SEO-friendly.
• Run paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Identify and manage partnership opportunities.
• Support marketing-related events, webinars, and marketing activities with partners.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Bonus: Use HubSpot to manage workflows and marketing automation.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in finance, venture capital, venture debt, or related industries.
• Degree/diploma in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar relevant experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Passion and experience in using AI to automate marketing activities.
• Numbers and metrics-driven, with a willingness to be held accountable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, versatile, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks across marketing functions.
• Familiarity with tools including Webflow, HubSpot, Canva, outreach tools (e.g., Reply.io), PitchBook, SEMrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
