Our senior teams now service a curated collection of unique hotels worldwide, many of which are part of Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels and Resorts, or Small Luxury Hotels.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager.

Following your training with senior management and founding partners, you will be the point of reference for Flospitality, supporting the teams with all marketing and social media actions.

You will join a young, modern, proactive, results-driven, and happy team excited about the company's early growth.

ABOUT YOU

This role will support the Flospitality offices in managing social media platforms and coordinating online and offline marketing actions. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a luxury services or goods background, preferably with B2B experience.

·      Min. 3 years of experience in luxury marketing, branding and/or social media roles (preferably within luxury services, travel or hospitality).

·      In-depth knowledge of a graphic platform, Mailchimp, and Office software.

·      Knowledge of CRM tools and databases

·      Passion for and competence with social media channels (IG, LinkedIn)

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; German language skills are a plus.

·      Creative thinking skills and pro-activity in bringing new ideas and concepts.

·      Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams and countries.

·      Happy to work from home with reliability and self-motivation.

·      Well presented.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media

• Developing a social media strategy and creating content for all the platforms (LinkedIn, IG).
• Supporting events organised by each Flospitality office.
• Monitoring market trends and competitors’ behaviours to provide insights for innovative social media strategies.
• Track and report on performance metrics and insights.
• Work with hotel clients to develop educational content for the local markets.

Online and Offline Marketing

• Coordinate Flospitality brand image and ensure this is up-to-date and consistent across all the channels (brand website, social media, digital assets).
• Collaborate with Flospitality offices to ensure consistency across all channels of brand messaging and visual identity.
• Keeping up-to-date Flospitality.com
• Oversee and implement CRM strategy, including newsletters directed to consumers, travel agents and communications.
• Database management.
• Support the Sales and Marketing Leaders in events and trade shows.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to provide actionable insights.
