UI / UX Designer (Fixed Term-12 Months)

Key Competencies That Will Make You Stand Out

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design; e-commerce experience is a plus
• Experience with Figma and building design systems
• Strong portfolio including commerce / PDP / checkout work
• Understanding of conversion optimization, mobile-first design, and accessibility
• Experience collaborating with development teams
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Claude Design, Google Stitch
• Experience in cosmetics / beauty / fashion industries is a plus
• HTML/CSS literacy
• Experience with multi-market / RTL design

What to Expect in This Role

• Establish a design system for the Online Storefront
• Design UX/UI for key pages: Homepage, category (PLP), product detail (PDP), cart, account, and campaign landing pages
• Develop conversion-focused (CRO) design: A/B test hypotheses, data-driven optimization
• Create a consistent visual language true to the Flormar Brand DNA
• Design with a mobile-first approach, accessibility, and multi-market considerations
• Establish a design system for the corporate portal application
