What You'll Bring to the Team:

Join our growing team and do meaningful work by creating designs for our market-leading software for Clinical Trials. We collaborate closely with our Product and Development peers to take products and features from idea to release. In addition to working on our flagship applications, you'll be working with the team to mature our processes, methods, best practices, and standards. You will be part of a supportive culture where your work will have true impact and you'll be growing your skills and career.

You Will:

Create UI designs optimized for usability and learnability
Serve as a UX generalist, using skills ranging user research to information architecture to interaction design
Juggle competing priorities and optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables
Partner closely with Product Management and Development throughout the design process
Collaborate with teams across the organization to deliver holistic solutions
Take an active role in improving our design processes, methods, and tools
Drive to deliver measurable improvements through UX
Be a thought leader, promoting design and UX principles

We'll Be Successful Together if You Have:

7+ years of industry experience relevant to the role
Applied experience with B2B/enterprise apps or complex products
A portfolio of relevant work on shipped products
Strong written and verbal skills with a focus on communicating design rationale and decision
Experience working closely with dev teams and creating detailed UX specifications
Strong command of UI patterns and best practices for SaaS apps

Note: This is not a UI developer role, however familiarity with modern UI technologies and best practices is important.

What Will Set You Apart:

Applied user research experience and skills such as usability testing, user surveys, interviewing, etc.
Mobile app design or responsive UI design skills
Experience creating, managing, and applying Design Systems
Knowledge of Accessibility standards in UI design such as Section 508
Experience designing for multiple languages
A degree in a related field such as HCI, Graphic Design, or Industrial Design
Experience creating hi-fi prototypes with UX Pin, Axure, or similar tools
