We’re looking for a Senior UX|UI Designer to design Desktop application. Together with our design team, you’ll be responsible for creating user-friendly, intuitive, and stylish interfaces within our brand ecosystem.
Requirements
- Portfolio on Behance, Dribbble or Figma (resumes without a portfolio and unorganized files on cloud storage will not be considered)
- Experience in UX/UI design (3+ years)
- Experience designing Mobile and Desktop applications or Web platforms and services
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including styles, typography, auto layout, complex components with variants, etc
- Experience working with design systems, libraries, and responsive interfaces
- Skills in prototyping, creating interactive mockups, and basic interface animations
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, creating CJM, User Flows
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working in a team: collaborating with project managers, developers, and other designers
- Familiarity with Miro, Jira (or other task trackers)
- Experience designing for device-oriented applications and services
- Ability to analyze existing solutions, gather examples, and defend design decisions
Responsibilities
- Designing user flows: map out user journeys and interactions
- Developing mockups: creating new designs, maintaining and improving existing ones
- Work collaboratively with the design team within the brand ecosystem: Mobile (iOS and Android app), Web (web client with authentication), BUSY Bar (pixel-screen device), Desktop app (MacOS, Windows).
- Working on responsive UI: design interfaces and components for a desktop application (macOS, Windows), following platform guidelines and system design principles.
- Creating wireframes and prototypes: working on interfaces at various levels of detail, from early drafts to interactive prototypes
- Contributing to the Design System: building complex components and maintaining libraries of styles, colors, icons, and other elements
- Preparing designs for development: delivering structured design. Organizing layers, components, and assets. Discussing designs with developers, creating tasks, and participating in design reviews
- Participating in team discussions and online meetings
