Our company is seeking for a Director-Level Affiliate Marketing Leader — someone who thrives at the intersection of data, relationships, and revenue. You’ll be the architect behind game-changing campaigns, forging alliances with top advertisers, maximizing ROI, and leading our affiliate network to unprecedented growth.
If you’re an expert at closing high-value advertiser deals, scaling affiliate programs, and optimizing every click for conversion, this is your stage. We are seeking a leader who can bring both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to our company, working closely with advertisers and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and lead the agency’s day-to-day operations while executing a long-term growth strategy that positions us as an industry leader.
• Drive business development excellence by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value client opportunities.
• Serve as the senior account leader for key clients — ensuring campaigns exceed KPIs, strengthen relationships, and secure long-term retention.
• Provide expert, data-driven guidance on affiliate program strategy, network selection, partner recruitment, and campaign optimization.
• Anticipate and capitalize on industry trends, headwinds, and emerging opportunities to keep both agency and clients ahead of the curve.
• Implement scalable processes, robust reporting systems, and operational best practices to fuel efficiency and growth.
• Partner cross-functionally to develop innovative, ROI-maximizing strategies that elevate client results and agency impact.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of leadership experience in affiliate marketing, with agency management required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Mastery of the affiliate ecosystem, including networks, publishers, agencies, performance metrics, tracking technologies, and compliance standards.
• Proven record of driving sales growth, optimizing programs, securing top-tier partnerships, and delivering measurable results.
• Proficiency in using marketing and CRM tools is required , HubSpot +
• Startup DNA — resourceful, agile, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while building scalable foundations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and execution.
• Hands-on leadership style: willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver results while architecting the big picture.
• Influential communicator and relationship builder with the ability to inspire teams and earn client trust at the highest levels.

SALARY:
$125K + Bonus
Bonus $25K-$50K+ (Based on Performance)
