Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Lyon or Villebon sur Yvette, France. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the success of our light commercial vehicles. This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of the light commercial vehicles market, customer needs, and marketing trends. He/she will primarily focus on the market and customers.
- Product requests: compile an exhaustive vision of customers’ needs by gathering and prioritizing requests from our market companies.
- Sales Support: Work closely with sales support team to provide them with the relevant information for tools (TCO, range…) so that sales team can effectively sell our products.
- Product Information: provide sales teams with clear and comprehensive product information, and gather competition intelligence to feed sales teams. Translates the technical details into customer-friendly messaging and value propositions for more impactful sales arguments.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and digital content.
- Go-to-market: build offer structure (standard / option /packs) and secure its implementation in sales tools (CPQ). Work closely with Price manager to deliver a consistent go-to-market strategy.
- Market intelligence: remain up to date on market trends (go-to-market, business models…)
- Demo plan: lead a cross functional team of experts to launch demo vehicles activities for customers, securing premium customer experience and engagement to our brand.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product planning & engineering teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Focus: Engage with some key customers as product expert to support direct sales organisation in co-creation phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
- Experience in digital marketing and content creation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus
- Understanding of technology industry trends (if applicable to the company)
