About the Company
A fast-scaling US fintech is building out its India marketing team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a senior leader to anchor it. You will set strategy for a company moving quickly in a high-trust category, with room to build a team beneath you. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing strategy and its execution across channels, mentor a growing team, and be accountable for pipeline, brand, and growth. You will set the direction and then make sure the work ships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Set the marketing strategy and quarterly plan against revenue goals
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of marketers and specialists
- Own budget allocation and the case for new channels and bets
Growth & Performance
- Drive demand generation across paid, content, lifecycle, and events
- Own funnel metrics, attribution, and reporting to the leadership team
- Partner with sales and product on positioning and go-to-market
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 to 10 years in marketing with time spent leading or mentoring
- A record of owning strategy and delivering measurable growth
- Strong commercial instinct and comfort with data and attribution
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated, high-trust category
- Exposure to US or global markets and time-zone overlap
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in marketing
