About the Company
A global pharmaceutical company is building its India marketing hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its design talent. You will create work that helps explain science clearly and builds trust across markets. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will design assets that power campaigns end to end, turning marketing goals into visuals that perform and stay on brand.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Design
- Design ads, landing pages, emails, and social creative for campaigns
- Build decks, brochures, and event collateral that look sharp
- Produce variations for testing and different audiences
Brand & Results
- Keep every asset aligned to brand and regulatory guidelines
- Work with marketing to design for clicks and conversions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2 to 5 years in marketing or brand design with a portfolio
- Strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
- An understanding of how design drives marketing performance
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to healthcare, pharma, or regulated-industry design
- Familiarity with performance-marketing creative and A/B testing
- Basic motion or template-design skills an advantage
