About the Company
A leading global bank is establishing its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Marketing Communications Manager to shape its voice. You will craft how a marquee institution communicates, internally and to the market, from the ground up. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will own messaging across channels, keep the brand voice consistent, and make complex topics clear. You will run communications that build trust with every audience the centre touches.
Key Responsibilities
Communications & Content
- Own messaging across web, email, social, and internal channels
- Write and edit announcements, newsletters, and thought leadership
- Keep brand voice and tone consistent across every piece
Programmes & Partnering
- Plan communication calendars and coordinate launches
- Support PR, events, and stakeholder communications
- Partner with HR and leadership on internal and employer messaging
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years in marketing communications, PR, or corporate comms
- Excellent writing and editing with a strong portfolio
- The judgement to handle sensitive, regulated communications
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to a bank, financial services, or large multinational
- Experience with internal communications and employer branding
- A degree in communications, journalism, or marketing
