Freelance Graphic Designer (Client Hire)

Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Consultant Graphic Designer to create infographics, edits video and photo for e-learning path developed by our client company. The ideal candidate will create technical infographics for e-learning modules dedicated to electrical trades, adhering to our graphic guidelines. The designer will work closely with the educational team and technical experts to develop engaging and informative visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create high-quality technical infographics for e-learning courses, ensuring alignment with Schneider Electric's graphic guidelines.

● Develop visuals based on drafts provided by the educational team and technical experts.

● Ability to be proactive and improve or refine the drafts from the team according to the client's guidelines.

● Collaborate with the educational team and subject-matter experts (SMEs) to understand infographics objectives and concepts.

● Utilize graphic design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, to produce visually appealing content.

● Conduct video and photo editing when necessary.

● Stay up-to-date with graphic trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve training materials.

Required:

● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

● Experience with video editing software (Camtasia, Vyond, etc.).

● Photo-editing experience

● Professional proficiency in English.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

● Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

● Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.

● 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.

● Experience in creating educational or technical content.

● A keen interest in the technical and electrical field would be a plus.

● A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, particularly in e-learning or technical infographics.
