We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the migration of a high-impact, data-intensive platform to a modern, scalable architecture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, leading engineers, and shaping systems that operate at scale.
You will work closely with our CTO, DevOps, and product teams to translate architecture into execution, ensuring performance, reliability, and long-term scalability.

Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 - $90,000 USD / Year
- Full-time (40 hours/week), fully remote
- Core collaboration hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM CT (flexible beyond that)
