Position Summary
A Product Marketing Manager EU Region will be responsible for developing and implementing robust marketing strategies for the region aligned with the business objectives. This role will bring a positive mindset to the growing team ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional departments to deliver business results. This function will play a key role in defining priorities and initiatives to achieve a sustainable and profitable growth across the Flexicare portfolio. This role requires not only marketing expertise but also a strong clinical acumen to effectively communicate clinical value and address healthcare professionals’ needs.
Key responsibilities:
· Translate and implement international strategies for the portfolio, tailoring the approach to regional market needs and opportunities.
· Develop and execute a regional marketing plan that aligns with global objectives, addressing local market demands to drive business growth.
· Roll out regional positioning, messaging, and sales toolkits, while providing comprehensive training to sales teams on effective implementation.
· Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate the success of initiatives, proactively identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
· Collaborate with local, regional, and international teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure long-term profitability and sustainable growth.
· Act as a strategic partner for all stakeholders, providing valuable market insights into the strategic planning process and ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Equip internal and partner sales teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to effectively communicate our value propositions.
· Develop and deploy co-marketing initiatives with key partners to amplify product messaging and reach new customer segments.
· Conduct regular field visits to gather insights, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
ESSENTIAL
· Science or Business based bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· 5+ years of experience in product management, or related roles within a healthcare or med-tech company
· Proven track record in successfully launching regional initiatives and driving regionally relevant marketing projects.
· Proficiency in English and a second regional language
DESIRABLE
· Experience in Airway Management market
· Experience in digital marketing
