The Director Digital Marketing leads a strategic, growth-focused digital marketing team to support the development and execution of fully integrated digital marketing programs. You’ll lead the team that owns global digital programs to support overall growth marketing strategy and deliver results.
The ideal candidate will deeply understand how to maximize the effectiveness of digital marketing tactics and be able to consult demand teams on best practices to help achieve desired outcomes. This person owns and facilitates the relationships with outside digital marketing agencies and budget management.
This leader and his/her team will work closely with growth marketing and across the global organization to construct and execute scalable, impactful digital marketing programs. As a Center of Excellence, this team must bring strategic expertise to the rest of the marketing team, and well as deliver exceptional quality of service to internal marketing partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage our global media agency and in-house teams to build an integrated full-funnel media plan for funded NA, EMEA and APAC countries and ensure programs are aligned with business objectives, delivered effectively, and within budget.
- Be our in-house paid advertising expert, who leads the development of advertising plans including SEM, retargeting, display advertising and paid social.
- Establish forecast and make recommendations on budget allocation and goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Global Campaigns, Field Marketing, Customer Marketing and Partner Marketing etc.) to build integrated media plan in support of key launches (brand, campaign, events).
- On leading edge of best practices and technologies in B2B and modern marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's, Master's degree or equivalent degree
- 6+ years in B2B demand generation, and/or digital marketing
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels across SEM, social, display and programmatic platforms.
- Experienced execution in performance marketing campaigns with ability to set goals, establish actionable KPIs, and demonstrate measurable results and improved ROAS trends.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of ad platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, ABM Orchestration Platforms such as 6Sense.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate findings to executives; comfortable building effective business reviews that story tell with data.
