Summary
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of highly engaging, innovative CPG co-marketing programs that fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll create and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns built against both our CPG partners goals and client's goals. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure we are maximizing client value from our partner relationships, with marketing that drives our partner’s business forward and serves our audiences. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand through the lens of our partnerships. You will report into a Senior Manager on our Co-marketing team within our Ads Marketing organization.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
• 6+ years’ experience in Marketing either at a consumer brand, tech company or integrated agency
• Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals through marketing
• Demonstrable experience leading cross functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints
• Strong organization skills - you can efficiently manage 5-10 campaigns and promotions at the same time
• A knack for self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment
• A strong creative mind and attention to detail
• Data fluency - you’re able to validate impact and inform plans
