We are currently seeking a high-performance Marketing Virtual Assistant with demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, brand development, and event planning to join our candidate pool for upcoming opportunities. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who can think and operate at a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) level, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing systems that deliver results.

Position Summary
This is a strategic and creative role, not an entry-level position. We are looking for a candidate who is not only capable of executing day-to-day marketing tasks but can also contribute to high-level planning, campaign design, brand elevation, and event coordination. You will play a central role in growing digital visibility, enhancing brand positioning, driving lead generation, and managing events that amplify business presence both online and offline.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
- Conduct market research to inform content direction, campaign structure, and audience segmentation
- Create performance-driven marketing plans across paid media, content, email, and social channels
- Track KPIs and provide actionable reporting for continuous strategy improvement
Branding & Content Development
- Manage and evolve brand voice, style, and identity across platforms
- Create compelling marketing materials, promotional content, landing pages, and social assets
- Write and edit persuasive copy for email campaigns, web pages, blogs, and scripts
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication and customer touchpoints
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events, including launches, workshops, webinars, and brand activations
- Develop event marketing materials and manage promotional campaigns to drive attendance and engagement
- Oversee logistics, scheduling, and event communications in alignment with marketing goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure a seamless event experience
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives and targeting to improve CPA and lead quality
- Set up and monitor retargeting campaigns to maximize ad performance
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze ROI and identify scaling opportunities
Sales Funnel & CRM Automation
- Build and optimize funnels using platforms like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Bonzo, and Leadpages
- Set up automated workflows and lead nurture sequences in CRMs
- Ensure all leads are tracked, followed up, and moved through the funnel efficiently
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
- Create and edit short-form video content that drives engagement and conversions
- Engage with audiences through comments, direct messages, and community discussions
Email, SMS, & Messaging Campaigns
- Write, schedule, and optimize email sequences and newsletters
- Implement SMS and WhatsApp marketing automation
- Monitor open, click, and conversion rates, adjusting strategy as needed

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, branding, campaign management and marketing strategies
- Demonstrated experience in event planning, coordination, and promotion
- Proficiency with ad platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn) and campaign optimization
- Hands-on experience with marketing funnels and automation tools (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Bonzo, Leadpages)
- Strong copywriting, social media, and short-form video creation skills
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or GoHighLevel
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in industries such as consulting or financial services
- Working knowledge of SEO and organic content strategy
