Head of Marketing Strategy, Product & Operations

We're looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing Strategy, Product & Operations to join the team of one of our clients—a purpose-driven organization in the well-being, education, and transformational learning space.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy and annual operating plan.
• Identify growth opportunities, new customer segments, strategic partnerships, and acquisition channels.
• Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing offerings.
• Design and optimize customer journeys across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Develop integrated demand generation strategies across digital, offline, and partner channels.
• Improve marketing funnel performance through experimentation, analytics, and continuous optimization.
• Establish scalable marketing processes, governance, and operational excellence.
• Manage marketing technology, CRM, automation platforms, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Technology, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, growth marketing, and marketing operations.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market execution.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics, and performance dashboards.
• Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using insights and analytics to optimize marketing performance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
