We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer who can translate client visions into conversion‑focused websites on WordPress and Shopify. You’ll balance aesthetics and performance, ensuring every build is fast, accessible, and visually compelling, while collaborating with our branding, SEO, and paid‑media teams.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, clarify goals, and define information architecture.
Design responsive page layouts and component libraries in Figma, Elementor, or Webflow as needed.
Build custom WordPress themes and Shopify 2.0 sections without bloated plugins, using clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mock‑ups using tools such as InVision or Axure to validate concepts and gather feedback.
Implement Core Web Vitals best practices (performance, accessibility, CLS) and adhere to WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
Integrate third‑party services (Klaviyo, Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels) and optimize for SEO in partnership with the SEO team.
QA across major devices and browsers, then launch on managed hosting environments.
Design on‑brand email marketing templates and other digital assets as needed.
Stay current with design trends, frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind), and emerging technologies.

Must‑Haves

3+ years designing and developing custom WordPress or Shopify themes.
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for UI and graphic design.
Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; GSAP or Framer Motion a plus.
Portfolio showcasing e‑commerce and service‑based sites and a clear design‑thinking process.
