What You’ll Do
You’ll wear many marketing hats, and that’s what makes it exciting! Your work will touch various aspects of digital marketing, including:
🔹 Content & Copywriting – Craft and review blog posts, social media updates, case studies, and landing pages.
🔹 SEO & Analytics – Monitor and optimize website performance using tools like Google Analytics & SEMrush.
🔹 Outreach & Lead Gen – Create and track outreach campaigns, work with listing platforms (Clutch, GoodFirms, etc.).
🔹 Events & Partnerships – Participate in webinars, collaborate with partners, and contribute to industry recognition.
🔹 Marketing Ops – Edit website content in the admin panel, brainstorm new growth strategies, and execute them.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally in service-based software development agencies).
✅ Advanced English level — you have a feel for language, storytelling, and engaging content. You know how to create engaging content, draw in and maintain user focus. No wasted words, just value. Minimalism is our key.
✅ Proactive & self-motivated — you don’t wait for tasks; you’re active in brainstorming and finding opportunities.
✅ Results-driven — marketing here is part of sales, so you focus on real impact. Our principles are agility, focus and getting things done.
✅ Hands-on experience with SEO, content marketing, social media, and outreach campaigns.
