We started life in 2016 in a garden shed in the UK. Today, we’re building FitXR, one of the top-downloaded apps on the Meta Quest store. We’ve raised close to $30m from top investors such as Maveron, Hiro, and BoostVC.

TLDR

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer with exceptional visual and branding skills to elevate our product's user experience. In this pivotal role, you will dedicate 50% of your time to crafting visually stunning and brand-consistent user flows, ensuring our product reflects our identity and resonates with our audience. The other 50% will be focused on organizing and developing a comprehensive design library that not only enhances usability but also reinforces our brand's visual language. Your work will play a crucial role in driving innovation, maintaining brand consistency, and continuously improving our product offerings.

Where you'll spend your time

Creating aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound design flows that captivate and engage users
Developing and maintaining a structured design library to streamline our design processes and boost efficiency across teams
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and user needs
Utilising your animation and prototyping skills to bring interactions to life, enhancing the overall user experience

We’d love to see from you

We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create clean, attractive, and engaging designs that enhance user experience
You have experience working on VR projects
You thrive in a startup environment where the pace is fast and the expectations are high
While we're tool agnostic, we primarily use Figma for our design needs. Proficiency in Figma, as well as experience with animation and prototyping tools like After Effects and Bezi, is highly desirable
AI Integration: If you incorporate AI tools into your design process, that's a significant plus. We value efficiency and are always looking to improve our workflows with innovative technology
You have excellent organisational skills with a proven track record in developing design systems and libraries
You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
