About the role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that support our brand, marketing campaigns, and digital presence. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop compelling visual assets that enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand identity. Your creativity, design expertise, and attention to detail will play a key role in communicating our message effectively across various platforms.

Specifically, this role will involve:

• Designing engaging graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives
• Creating visual assets for digital advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Developing layouts, illustrations, banners, and infographics aligned with brand guidelines
• Design visually appealing and brand-aligned creatives for product packaging across multiple product categories
• Collaborating with marketing and content teams to create impactful visual content
• Designing creatives for online and offline marketing activities
• Ensuring consistency in branding across all communication channels
• Editing and optimising graphics for different platforms and formats
• Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices
• Managing multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
• Contributing innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and user engagement

An ideal candidate will have:

• 3–7 years of experience in Graphic Design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, and other relevant design tools
• Experience in creating social media creatives, performance marketing ads, and branding materials.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and layout design
• Experience with packaging design, vector graphics, dielines, and print-ready artwork
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding, and visual storytelling skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
