Senior Creative Designer (E-commerce & UI/UX)

We are a wellness E-commerce brand redefining wellness through smarter and thoughtful products that makes you feel better.

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer (E-commerce & UI/UX) to bring this vision to life. The candidate (MUST based in MALAYSIA) who can speak Chinese and English language to communicate effectively with partners.

Work arrangement: Part Time. 4 days a week, 3 hours a day.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3 hours a day, 8PM - 11PM

Sunday 2PM - 5PM

What you’ll do:

• Brainstorm and design high sales converting creatives across website UI/UX, product images (SKU visuals), social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Create designs that are not only visually appealing, but drive clicks, engagement, and sales.
• Design landing pages, product pages, and user flows that are clean, intuitive, and optimized for conversion.
• Produce scroll-stopping social media creatives (static, carousel, simple motion if applicable).
• Develop product visuals that clearly communicate benefits, differentiation, and trust.
• Maintain a minimalistic, premium, and clean brand style across all touchpoints.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into effective visuals.
• Upload and manage creative assets across platforms, and support other design-related tasks as needed.

Job requirements:

• Must be based in Malaysia. Work remotely at your convenience: Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley), Johor Bahru (Mount Austin), Penang (George Town), or Sabah (Kota Kinabalu).
• 5+ years experience strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce, social media, and/or website UI/UX work.
• Understanding of sales conversion-focused design (e.g. layout, hierarchy, call-to-action, user behavior).

• You focus only on aesthetics and are not interested in designs that drive sales.
• You are slow to iterate or unable to handle multiple projects at once.

Salary RM1500 per month.
