Your tasks
- Responsible for cookware categories: Develop and implement “launch toolkits” for a successful market launch and take over the holistic global communication for the respective categories
- Support Global Brand Management: Implement the global brand strategy, develop it further and contribute to day-to-day operations Be part of the Global Brand Management team and report directly to the Global Head of Brand Management
- Lead brand management projects: Take responsibility from conception to implementation, coordinate creative agencies, production partners and internal teams and ensure adherence to time, budget and process specifications
- Develop and coordinate global B2C campaigns: manage campaign activities and always-on content across all channels, both online and offline
- Ensure consistent brand communication: Monitor the global brand image, maintain the visual identity and support the clear positioning of the brand
- Analyze marketing measures: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and derive concrete recommendations for action together with the local teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Analyze relevant market and competitive data as well as consumer trends and use these insights to continuously optimize strategies
Your profile
- You have a degree in communication, social sciences, sociology, business administration or a related field
- You have at least 3 years of experience in global brand management, ideally in the consumer goods industry, or have gained comparable experience in creation or production on the agency side
- You think strategically and find pragmatic solutions to complex challenges
- You show a high level of initiative, work creatively and have a hands-on mentality with which you drive projects forward
- You are motivated to work in an international environment and take cultural differences and market conditions into account
- You communicate excellently in German and English and know how to convince different target groups with your presentation skills
