The Reality
SME owners are on LinkedIn at 2am doom-scrolling instead of doing their books. They’re on TikTok learning everything except accounting. They ask ChatGPT for help before they ask Google. Traditional B2B marketing is dead. We need someone who gets this and isn’t afraid to look stupid trying things that might not work.
What You’ll Do
Non-Negotiable: You Must Use AI Tools
We only hire marketers who use AI daily for content creation, automation, and experimentation. You should be using Claude/GPT-4 to generate campaigns, analyze data, and build marketing infrastructure. If you don’t leverage AI, don’t apply.
Experience We Need
We don’t care about years – we care about proof. Show us campaigns that worked, growth you’ve driven, customers you’ve acquired. Whether you’re self-taught, ex-founder, or traditionally trained doesn’t matter if you can ship results.
