German Marketing Head
Location: based in Shenzhen or Remote in the Germany
Position Responsibilities:
- Implement the company's brand positioning, values, and system by leading brand building and integrated marketing campaigns for products/services in the German market.
- Develop, manage, and execute annual key integrated marketing campaigns aligned with group strategies to achieve regional brand and marketing objectives.
- Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with top-tier German resources, including but not limited to leading media outlets, exhibitions, industry associations, KOLs, and community groups.
- Oversee daily operations and strategy for German social media, KOL collaborations, PR, offline events, and content teams; set clear phased goals to drive team performance.
- Identify target user segments based on commercial and brand strategies; leverage content marketing, digital marketing, and event marketing to foster cross-department collaboration and elevate regional brand impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 3+ years of comprehensive integrated marketing experience for brands/products at renowned consumer electronics companies.
- Proven success in planning, managing, and executing large-scale global/regional marketing campaigns over 3+ years.
- Proficiency in project management tools; ability to independently lead regional projects (initiation, team building, goal/milestone setting, budgeting, risk management) and ensure delivery.
- Solid experience across e-commerce and multi-channel marketing, with expertise in channel mix optimization.
- Deep understanding of Germany’s consumer market and culture; ability to manage local teams and expand partnerships. Prior study/work experience in Germany preferred.
- Strategic mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and resilience under pressure.
- Native-level written and verbal German proficiency.
