Job Responsibilities
Participate in the design and development of gameplay features, systems, levels, and in-game events for mobile games.
Write game design documents based on design objectives, covering rules, workflows, UI requirements, and configuration tables.
Use project tools to configure game content and follow up on the development and implementation of programming, art, audio, and other assets.
Participate in version testing, identify and analyze player-experience issues, and drive feature improvements.
Play and research leading games in the market, analyzing their core gameplay, progression systems, monetization design, and user experience.
Analyze and iterate on released content based on player feedback and game data.
Under the guidance of a mentor, gradually take independent ownership of smaller gameplay features, systems, or in-game event modules.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating a personal game demo, indie game, Game Jam project, or university project.
Previous internship experience at a gaming company.
Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, game editors, or scripting languages.
Basic skills in data analysis, mathematical modeling, or game economy and numerical design.
Extensive, long-term experience with a particular game genre and a systematic understanding of that genre.
Familiarity with using AI tools appropriately to support research, prototyping, documentation, or content creation.
Broad experience across different types of games and a genuine passion for gaming.
