  • Use project tools to configure game content and follow up on the development and implementation of programming, art, audio, and other assets.
  • Participate in version testing, identify and analyze player-experience issues, and drive feature improvements.
  • Play and research leading games in the market, analyzing their core gameplay, progression systems, monetization design, and user experience.
  • Analyze and iterate on released content based on player feedback and game data.
  • Under the guidance of a mentor, gradually take independent ownership of smaller gameplay features, systems, or in-game event modules.

  • Basic skills in data analysis, mathematical modeling, or game economy and numerical design.
  • Extensive, long-term experience with a particular game genre and a systematic understanding of that genre.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools appropriately to support research, prototyping, documentation, or content creation.
  • Broad experience across different types of games and a genuine passion for gaming.

What We Value Most

  • The ability to turn creative ideas into clear, complete and actionable designs.
  • The ability to identify problems, validate assumptions and continuously iterate.
  • A genuine commitment to pursuing a long-term career in game design.
