About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role focuses on driving business growth through strategic and performance-based digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and experienced in executing end-to-end digital campaigns with a strong emphasis on search optimization and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sustainable business growth and increase brand visibility
- Manage and optimize online search efforts, including SEO (on-page, off-page, technical, and content optimization) and SEM (Google Ads/PPC campaign setup, keyword management, bidding strategies)
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as search, social media, email, and display advertising
- Closely monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, traffic, engagement) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms
- Analyze data insights, identify optimization opportunities, and make real-time adjustments to improve campaign efficiency and ROI
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, product, design, sales) to align marketing initiatives with overall brand objectives and support broader growth projects
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative approaches
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in digital marketing, with hands-on responsibility for SEO and/or SEM campaigns
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems (essential / highly preferred) — ability to discuss concepts like wallets, tokenomics, DeFi, NFTs, on-chain data, and community dynamics confidently
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
