About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist with B2B agency experience managing clients and executing modern, AI-assisted strategies that deliver measurable brand growth and lead generation. Our ideal candidate can demonstrate full-funnel growth by leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging marketing channels to rapidly identify, test, and scale novel acquisition and retention levers in a time of shifting online behavioral patterns.

You will bring superb writing skills, technical know-how, an analytical approach, and creativity to create memorable brand growth programs across SEO/GEO, ABM, paid media, and landing page creation/CRO. Most of our campaigns are integrated across PR, content marketing, demand gen and digital marketing so you’ll get plenty of exposure to other disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Growth marketing strategy -- develop and lead strategic growth programs designed for repeatability and scale, packaging data-driven acquisition and retention playbooks that deliver measurable impact across multiple B2B tech clients and high-growth startups.
  • Client management -- work directly with clients on a daily basis advising on strategy, technical implementation, status and performance of growth marketing initiatives.
  • Copywriting -- craft compelling copy for ads, landing pages, blogs, reports, and more, enhanced by but not relying on ChatGPT. Skilled wordsmithing to combine marketing messaging with SEO/GEO keywords.
  • Audits -- research client and competitor sites for performance and optimization potential as a basis for program recommendations.
  • Configuration -- set up event tracking through Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Ad Networks, and plug into common CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot [Salesforce]). Combine with new AI tools and other platforms to optimize marketing funnels and understand lead quality.
  • SEO/GEO Strategy & Execution -- up-to-date knowledge of recent impact that generative AI is having on established SEO best practices, and experience identifying and rolling out optimizations for B2B websites for both SEO/GEO.
  • Account-based Marketing -- experience building targeted ABM campaigns by aligning marketing and sales efforts to engage high-value accounts, leveraging personalized content, intent data, and multi-channel outreach to drive pipeline growth and deal acceleration.
  • Digital Advertising Strategy & Execution -- ability to understand technical products quickly and to strategize, develop and execute ad campaigns from ideation to iteration including remarketing, and audience automation from CRM systems or prospecting tools (Leadlander, ZoomInfo) back into ad platforms.
  • Landing Page Creation & CRO -- ability to craft highly customized/personalized landing pages for various campaigns and identify areas of improvement and articulate conversion rate optimization hypothesis to clients.
  • Reporting -- reporting primarily based on custom-built dashboards to show correlated impact of awareness on brand growth and attributable lead generation from paid campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years' relevant growth marketing management experience (emphasis on B2B technical products / services)
  • Tech Experience: Tech sector domain expertise, including working with AI companies
  • Education: Solid academic track record at least to Bachelor's degree level
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to zoom out and design holistic growth frameworks that align with client business models, go-to-market strategies, and long-term goals.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying unconventional growth opportunities and adapting to fast-changing market dynamics.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments while balancing multiple projects and client contexts.
  • Strong Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator capable of simplifying complex marketing concepts and presenting data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Location

The agency is headquartered in San Francisco, California. We are currently working on a remote-first hybrid model. So this position can be in the Bay Area or remote.
