The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing & Brand Manager to own our visual identity and elevate our presence across digital channels. This is a multidisciplinary role that sits at the intersection of creative design, executive communication, and data-driven marketing.
You will be responsible for everything from high-level brand aesthetics to day-to-day lead generation. This role is ideal for a creative professional who is also highly organized and comfortable working closely with sales teams to drive growth through effective collateral and content.
What You’ll Do
- Executive Social Media (LinkedIn): Manage and grow the personal brands of our founders. This includes ghostwriting thought-leadership content, designing custom graphics, and managing community engagement to position our leadership as industry experts.
- Sales & SDR Enablement: Partner closely with our sales team and SDRs to create custom assets, personalized pitch decks, and one-pagers that help close deals.
- Performance Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and social engagement, translating raw numbers into monthly actionable insights reports.
- Content Coordination: Maintain a master content calendar that balances company-wide updates, industry news, and executive insights.
- Graphic Design & Branding: Develop high-impact visual assets for the website, marketing collateral, and digital campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma) with a portfolio that showcases clean, corporate-modern aesthetics.
- English Fluency: Full professional proficiency is required for content creation and internal collaboration.
- LinkedIn Management: Proven experience managing professional accounts, with a strong understanding of executive ghostwriting and engagement strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Google Analytics and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting on marketing data.
- Sales Alignment: Experience working with Sales/SDR teams to turn field feedback into effective marketing materials.
Preferred
- Prior experience in Fintech, Accounting, or Professional Services.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong project management skills to oversee the content lifecycle from concept to publication.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, you will:
- Audit and organize our existing brand assets and design files.
- Establish a consistent posting cadence and voice for founder LinkedIn profiles.
- Establish a workflow with the Sales team to identify and produce high-priority collateral.
- Deliver the first comprehensive monthly performance report with clear takeaways.

- Growth in MQLs: Increasing the volume and quality of marketing-qualified leads through content and brand initiatives.
