Job Title: Product Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Your primary role involves leading design efforts for a web-based trading and investment interface, driving projects from concept through to final implementation
• You are required to support mobile experience design across both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring alignment with native UI/UX guidelines
• You'll be responsible for designing essential user flows like account onboarding, deposit and withdrawal processes, trade executions, and portfolio monitoring
• Administering the transformation of technical trading features into simple and clear user interfaces is expected
• Your role also involves close collaboration with product, research, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality delivery
• Expectations include contributing to and maintaining a scalable, reusable design system
• Your role also involves prioritizing accessibility, usability, and responsiveness throughout the design lifecycle

Expectations & Requirements:

• Should possess experience ranging between 4–6+ years in product design, preferably within financial platforms
• Quite an acquaintance with responsive web applications and mobile UI design, backed by a strong design portfolio
• Must be skilled in platforms dealing with trading assets such as CFDs, crypto, equities, or forex
• Ensure that you deliver effective user experiences using tools like Figma and design systems built on reusable components
• Ensuring quality projects are delivered within defined timelines while maintaining user-centric design principles
• You are also expected to display strong communication skills with the ability to rationalize design choices to cross-functional teams

Additional Information:

• Applicants with exposure to tools and platforms such as TradingView, MT5, or similar will be considered an advantage
• Prior experience in crafting products for emerging markets or within regulatory frameworks is considered a plus
• Comfort with responsive design and web performance optimization will be beneficial
