What You’ll Bring
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in IT, with at least:
2 years hands-on experience developing MuleSoft APIs and working with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (ESB)
2 years in object-oriented software development, preferably using JEE
Proficiency in:
Building Mule Flows, MUnit tests, and reusable templates in Anypoint Studio
Custom framework and component development in MuleSoft
MuleSoft’s 3-tier API design model
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills with Mule ESB
Solid experience with Java, J2EE, JMS, SOAP/REST services, XML, XSLT, JSON
Familiarity with JDBC, SQL, and database integration
Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and structured development methodologies
Experience integrating cloud/SaaS platforms and legacy systems using APIs and SDKs
Basic knowledge of JEE client and web architectures
Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of integration patterns and architectures, including:
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
RESTful services
Event-Driven Architecture
Pub/Sub models and batch integration
Experience with MuleSoft connectors for system integration
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a global, collaborative team environment
Familiarity with version control tools like Git or SVN
Logical, process-oriented mindset with an understanding of models, use cases, and information architecture
Willingness to participate in production and end-user support, including after-hours work when needed
Nice to Have
Understanding of the OData specification
Experience with Microsoft Azure and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
Experience deploying MuleSoft solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
Familiarity with MuleSoft connectors for platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Ivanti, Coupa, and other enterprise tools
