Salary: ₹2.4L – ₹4L per annum (Depending on experience)

About Us:

We are a fast-growing marketing agency helping eCommerce brands scale profitably through high-performance digital marketing. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in performance marketing, lead generation, and marketplace advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads) – Strategize and execute high-ROAS ad campaigns (minimum ROAS of 5) for eCommerce brands.
• Lead Generation Strategy – Plan and implement data-driven lead generation funnels for high-converting campaigns.
• Marketplace Ads & Listings – Manage and optimize eCommerce marketplace ads & product listings (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Continuously analyze and improve ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting for better performance.
• Budget Optimization – Ensure effective budget allocation to maximize profitability across ad platforms.
• Performance Reporting – Track, analyze, and report campaign results with actionable insights.

Requirements:

✅ Prior experience in a marketing agency handling multiple eCommerce brands.

✅ Proven expertise in generating a minimum ROAS of 5X in eCommerce campaigns.

✅ Expert in performance marketing – Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising.

✅ Strong lead generation skills with a strategic approach to audience targeting and funnel optimization.

✅ Hands-on experience with eCommerce marketplace ads (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

✅ Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and third-party tracking software.

✅ Portfolio is a must – Applicants should provide screenshots of their past ad performance & results.
