Role Description The Executive Director is a full-time remote role responsible for leading FinForta’s strategic direction, operations, and overall organizational performance. This position oversees business planning, sets measurable goals, and ensures alignment across product, technology, compliance, and marketing functions. Day-to-day tasks include managing senior leadership, guiding fundraising and investor relations, and building partnerships within the fintech and crypto ecosystem. The Executive Director will monitor financial performance, oversee risk management, and maintain high standards of governance and regulatory compliance. The role also involves representing the organization externally, cultivating a strong company culture, and driving sustainable growth in a fast-evolving market.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in fintech, financial services, or technology, with a track record of managing teams and driving organizational growth.
• Strong strategic planning, business development, and partnership-building skills, including experience with scaling early-stage or growth-stage companies.
• Solid understanding of crypto, tokenized assets, and digital finance, or willingness and ability to rapidly develop expertise in these domains.
• Experience overseeing budgets, financial performance, and risk management, along with familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in finance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with investors, boards, and external partners.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment, with strong organizational skills and comfort using digital collaboration tools.
• Relevant academic background in business, finance, economics, law, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Prior experience in a senior executive, director, or founder role is highly beneficial.
