👋 About Us/Who We Are
Findymail is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company helping outbound sales teams build better prospecting workflows with cleaner data and less manual work.
We started by solving a simple problem: sales teams deserve data they can trust. So we built a platform that delivers high-quality email and phone data with built-in verification and enrichment, all in one place.
Now, the product is expanding to cover other parts with automated CRM cleaning, enrichment, deduplication, prospect list building, etc. But the goal is always the same: help sales teams focus on starting more conversations and closing more deals.
We’re a profitable and remote-first company with thousands of users and a 4-day work week. And we’re just getting started. If you’re excited about building a modern marketing engine inside a real business (not a VC experiment) this might be your opportunity.
😎 Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to build and lead a scalable, multi-channel growth engine that drives a qualified pipeline across paid acquisition, SEO, email, and YouTube, with full ownership of strategy and execution.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Findymail grows. You’ll build on our existing growth foundation by refining the marketing strategy, scaling what’s working, and testing new channels to unlock the next growth stage.
🧐 Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own the marketing strategy: Translate growth goals into actionable strategies and execute against them across all channels
- Drive quarterly growth: Identify the highest-leverage opportunities and prioritize ruthlessly
- Lead paid acquisition: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. - owning budget, targeting, creative, and performance
- Manage email marketing:
- Build and maintain automation flows for the full customer lifecycle
- Schedule and send one-off campaigns (e.g., newsletters, product updates, offers)
- Own social strategy: Manage our LinkedIn presence by coordinating content with other team members and deciding which posts to boost for paid reach
- Run experiments: Test and validate new channels, campaigns, and growth ideas - then scale what works
- Manage internal team members and external agency partners by aligning priorities, giving feedback, and ensuring high-quality execution
- Track and report performance: Monitor CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI across the funnel
- Report to leadership: Work closely with our COO and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
🙃 Who Are You
This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ve likely worked in a slightly larger startup where you owned the marketing strategy but found yourself missing the hands-on work. You want a role where you can both think and build, where results matter more than politics, and where ownership is real.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
- Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel strategies (paid, email, CRO, SEO) with measurable impact
- Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and/or Facebook with full budget responsibility and a strong track record of improving ROI
- Deep understanding of lifecycle email marketing, including onboarding, nurturing, reactivation, and retention flows
- Strong analytical mindset: You’re comfortable working with CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, and using data to prioritize what to scale
- Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of curiosity: If you discover a new growth channel that could work, you’ll figure it out, test it, and make it your own
- Based in Europe (we’re async and remote-first, but need timezone overlap)
- Fluent in English, especially written, as most of our collaboration is async via Slack and Linear
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with sales tech, cold emailing, and outbound prospecting
- Previous experience in a remote, lean startup environment
- Experience with tools we use (e.g., Linear, PostHog)
💸 What We Offer
- Salary range: €70,000–€100,000/year
- 4-day work week
- Remote-first culture with async-friendly collaboration
- Autonomy and ownership
