Requirements Engineer – Remote – Customer-Facing – Software Development - €100,000

When mobile network operators expand their networks across Europe, they rely on this company’s software to make the process simple, transparent and efficient.

Their products help manage topics such as regulatory approvals, radio emissions, antenna management and collaboration between network operators and infrastructure providers, supporting the continued rollout of mobile networks and 5G infrastructure.

The company is now modernising its product landscape, bringing several applications together into one unified software platform and expanding into new markets beyond telecommunications.

To support this journey, they are looking for a talented Requirements Engineer to act as the bridge between customers, Product Management and software development teams.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Gather, analyse and structure business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, use cases and feature descriptions.
• Work closely with developers and Product Managers to define where new features should be implemented and how they should be designed at a high level.
• Validate new functionality before delivery to customers.

What is required:

• Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis or a similar role within software development.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to present to customers in German.
• Technical understanding of software development, ideally with exposure to Java, Spring Boot, Docker and Kubernetes.
