Role Summary

We are looking for a highly professional GOlang and Typescript Full Stack Developers to join our R&D team. This role allows you to be part of team developing the next generation of our award winning compliance product.

What you’ll do

• Design micro-service flows and Kubernetes architecture from scratch.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery: code → CI/CD → deployment → monitoring.
• Wire up Linear, Slack, and cluster tooling so tickets flow and alerts matter.
• Introduce sane dev processes: trunk-based Git, code reviews, tests, GitOps, the works.
• Automate everything (builds, tests, infra, data migrations).
• Mentor mid/junior devs; pair with me to set engineering standards.

What you bring

• 7+ yrs building distributed systems in production.
• Deep Go plus solid TypeScript/Node.
• Kubernetes wizardry on Azure; Helm/Terraform a plus.
• Hands-on with MongoDB, Elastic, Redis, RabbitMQ.
• CI/CD junkie (GitHub Actions, Argo, whatever gets it done).
• Proven record of untangling legacy codebases and shipping fast.
• Comfortable coaching teams and pushing process change.

• Obsessed with metrics, tracing, visibility and clean dashboards.
• Writes markdown that people actually read.
