Filterbaby is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing efforts across paid social, influencer marketing, and organic content strategy. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who is deeply data-driven, fluent in the technical execution of Meta ads, and creatively inspired by social trends, UGC, and performance storytelling. You'll work closely with the founders and creative team to grow brand awareness and drive conversion through innovative content and sharp analytics.
What You’ll Do
Paid Social (Meta + TikTok)
- Lead strategy for paid social and test and learn roadmap
- Manage all paid asset briefs and creative on each platform, ensuring creative and campaigns perform well on a CPA and ROAS basis
- Identify key insights through regular analyses of campaigns to determine opportunities, issues, and test opportunities
- Scale our new TikTok Shop Affiliate program and identify key optimization and creative opportunities
Influencer Marketing
- Source and recruit influencers and UGC creators for monthly campaigns
- Source and recruit TT Shop Affiliate partners, manage relationships
- Manage inbound + outbound creator partnerships with a direct response and brand lens
- Oversee whitelisting/sparking efforts to amplify top-performing content
- Track influencer performance and spend, reporting on CAC, ROI, and content repurposing
- Manage briefs and recruitment playbook, identifying the influencer strategy that works well for our brand and products
Organic Social
- Plan and manage the social media calendar across platforms with weekly themes and content pillars
- Partner with our internal team and contractors to execute engaging, on-brand content
- Curate and edit content from influencers and UGC creators for reposting
- Monitor engagement and analytics, feeding performance data back into creative planning
Who You Are
- 6–8 years of experience in performance marketing, especially Meta and TikTok
- Proven track record optimizing creatives toward CPA, ROAS, and growth targets
- Strong balance of creative and analytical: you can brief a viral TikTok and build a report in Meta
- Familiar with influencer platforms like TikTok Creator Marketplace
- Comfortable analyzing and reporting on organic social performance metrics
- Self-starter, highly organized, and excited to move fast and iterate with a small team
- Bonus: you’ve worked at a DTC beauty or wellness brand and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
