We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager to join our growing remote team in the Philippines.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director to lead digital initiatives that drive growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and launch of a new Magento-based website, ensuring performance and scalability
- Managing and optimizing existing websites for SEO, user experience, and conversions
- Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, email, and social media
- Creating engaging technical content and marketing assets such as datasheets, brochures, and product manuals
- Supporting sales and distributor enablement through tailored marketing materials
- Tracking performance using tools like Google Analytics and reporting on key KPIs
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in a hands-on digital marketing or leadership role, ideally in B2B, industrial, or technical sectors
- Demonstrated experience building and managing Magento websites
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns
- Strong skills in technical content creation (e.g., datasheets, brochures, manuals)
- Experience with product launches and go-to-market planning
- Ability to work autonomously in a self-managed role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Bonus Points For
- Experience with HubSpot or Mailchimp
- Familiarity with distributor marketing, trade shows, or event coordination
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Social media advertising experience across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
