- A well-established Australian company with over 30 years of industry presence is looking for a hands-on and proactive Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager.
- The business operates across multiple retail and wholesale channels, supplying technical products to a highly specialised market throughout Australia.
- With around 40–50 employees and a strong reputation for quality, they are now investing in digital transformation to scale their growth.
- Your workstation should be set up in a safe and secure location at home, with stable and reliable internet of no less than 25 Mbps. You are required to use your own equipment.
About the Role
This is a hands-on digital marketing position reporting to the Managing Director in Australia. The main focus is to build and launch a new Magento-based website and optimize existing websites to improve performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
You’ll be involved in both strategy and execution, working across digital channels like Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and content creation. The role also supports broader B2B marketing initiatives, such as sales materials and distributor support.
- Website development (Magento) and optimization.
- Execution of digital campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, email).
- Creation of technical content and product marketing assets.
- Support for sales and distributor marketing efforts.
- Performance tracking and reporting on key metrics.
What we require from you…
- Minimum 3 years in a marketing leadership or hands-on digital marketing role, ideally in industrial, technical, or B2B sectors.
- Proven experience building and managing Magento websites.
- Strong background in SEO, SEM, and running Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical marketing content, such as datasheets, brochures, and manuals.
- Experience in product launches and creating go-to-market strategies.
- Familiarity with sales enablement, distributor marketing, and event/trade show coordination.
- Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, self-managed role with minimal oversight.
Software & Tools
- Magento, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
- HubSpot or Mailchimp (CRM and email marketing platforms).
- Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads).
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
