Fifty Six is a brand and digital marketing agency built for modern retail. We partner with fashion, lifestyle, and luxury brands to build magnetic digital presences, delivering thoughtful strategy, standout creative, and content that actually converts.
We’re looking for a part-time freelance Senior Marketing & Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for translating performance data into actionable insights that support our clients’ strategic goals. You’ll work closely with our account managers and marketing teams - organic and paid - to surface opportunities, identify patterns, and shape smarter campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own reporting and performance analysis across multiple client accounts, delivering weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports
- Interpret data from paid media, email, web, and organic social channels to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Partner with account leads and media teams to provide insights that inform strategy, content, and optimization
- Build and manage custom dashboards (Google Looker Studio, Meta, GA4, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Forecast performance and set benchmarks for KPIs across key marketing channels
- Bring a testing mindset to campaigns - supporting A/B tests, attribution analysis, and post-campaign reporting
- Continuously refine and improve internal processes for performance reporting and insight delivery
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or strategy role, ideally at an agency or brand with multi-channel campaigns
- Proficient in GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable working across multiple client verticals and marketing goals
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, paid, and organic teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytics tools
What We’re Looking For
- You’re both analytical and strategic - you know how to get into the weeds, but you never lose sight of the bigger picture
- You’re proactive and independent, with a knack for turning complexity into clarity
- You speak data fluently - but you also know how to tell a story with it
