ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Graphic Designer at Fièra Cosmetics, you will be responsible for executing compelling, conversion-driven designs across a variety of digital and print touchpoints. While the majority of your work will be focused on designing for digital ads and email marketing, this role also requires experience with print packaging and component packaging design. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring brand-aligned ideas to life in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
This is a contract role from June 2025 to August 2026, with potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance and business needs.
Note: This is a remote role, but candidates must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST/GMT-5) business hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design engaging creative assets across a range of platforms including paid ads (static and video), email campaigns, landing pages, social media, and web graphics.
- Take ownership of packaging and component packaging design projects, ensuring brand consistency and print-readiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and brand teams to concept and execute high-performing visual assets.
- Iterate quickly on designs based on data-driven feedback and A/B testing results.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to Fièra’s visual identity, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends in both digital and print design, bringing fresh inspiration and best practices to the team.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
- Demonstrated experience in print packaging design and component packaging design is a must.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Figma and/or Canva is a plus.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands and/or working in performance marketing environments is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and digital ad channels (Meta, YouTube, Google, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and implement feedback quickly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
