Senior Brand Manager

Fidel Group is a performance-driven holding company operating multiple projects in the iGaming and Web3 space.

One of our internal crypto casino products is currently scaling globally, and we are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to strengthen its brand presence and positioning in the market.

Our mission is to build a recognizable, trusted, and culturally relevant crypto casino brand that stands out in saturated markets. It’s about shaping perception, building loyalty, and creating a brand players choose, and talk about, we want builds trust - trust builds long-term revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on the scope to transform the vision into public content and storytelling
• Define and refine brand positioning in the crypto gambling space, and translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Develop and maintain a strong international brand presence, adapting strategies to meet diverse cultural and market needs.
• Lead brand strategy and oversee creative production across ads, social, landing pages, and promotions
• Ensure all marketing assets align with premium, crypto-native positioning
• Align brand storytelling with product launches & new features
• Develop and build brand positioning, scandals, all media and PR campaigns
• Community and reputation management, shape brand voice across marketing channels, crypto moves fast. Reputation matters
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Ensure cultural relevance across key GEOs
• Work with head of growth to align brand messaging with acquisition strategy

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in brand marketing within crypto gambling, iGaming, or Web3
• Strong understanding of crypto culture and online communities
• Experience building brand positioning, storytelling, and marketing narratives
• Strong sense of design, creative direction, and brand consistency
• Experience working with social media, influencers, and digital campaigns
• Ability to translate brand strategy into clear execution across marketing channels
• Experience working with international markets and global audiences

Strong Advantages:

• Experience working with crypto casinos or betting platforms
• Background in CSGO gambling or similar ecosystems
• Experience collaborating closely with growth or performance marketing teams
• Portfolio demonstrating successful brand campaigns or viral content
