Overview
We are looking for detail-loving, organization-driven Marketing Coordinator to lend their talents to our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who is open to feedback and comfortable asking questions. They’ll be self-motivated, able to work independently and embrace working in a team environment remotely.

Qualifications
2+ years working in an office environment, preferably in a marketing, public relations or communications setting
Microsoft Office proficiency is required, especially strong working knowledge of Excel
Aptitude for executing detailed information quickly and with accuracy and will review and proof their work diligently
High levels of focus, organization and flexibility
Comfortable working remotely and the ability to be on frequent video conference calls without interruption
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, and meet deadlines
Experience with Salesforce and Account Engagement (or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms) is preferred but not required.
Experience with Premier Pro or similar video production software preferred
Hands-on experience managing social media content across key channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Relevant certifications, such as in digital marketing or project management, can also be beneficial.
